Australia’s Telco market is $42 billion, dominated by a few select players who have embedded themselves into the lives of millions of Australians over long-term contracts.

Australia’s average resident has used the same telecommunications provider for internet and home phone for at least a decade, and they are unaware of any better choices.

The telco industry in Australia has evolved dramatically in recent years, and consumers are now able to choose from a wider range of services. 4. Turn on the Switch if Times are Hard
